The First Day of the Writing of the Book of the Law

Greetings and blessings on this the 118th annual commemoration of the First Day of the Three Days of the Writing of the Book of the Law!

At noon on April 8, 1904 in his flat in the Būlāq district of Cairo, Egypt, following the instructions of Ouarda the Seer, Aleister Crowley sat down at his writing table and took dictation for exactly one hour. The result was the first chapter of Liber AL vel Legis, the Book of the Law

“These are fools that men adore; both their Gods & their men are fools.”
